Kenneth Kelly Obituary

Kenneth James Kelly Jr. of Richmondville and previously of Sharon Springs, passed away Sunday December 26, 2021, surrounded by loved ones. He was 68.

Ken was born January 23, 1953 and was the son of Kenneth Kelly Sr. and Shirley Diamond.

He graduated from Schoharie Central School and later SUNY Cobleskill. Additionally, Ken served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. After education and service, Ken had a long successful career in sales.

Survivors include fiancé: Shelly Coons of Richmondville; two sisters: Kathleen Kelly of Albany and Karen Slater of Schoharie. Kenneth had five sons and one daughter from a previous marriage (Anne Hoffman); Kenneth Kelly, III. of Sharon Springs, Brian Kelly of Middleburgh, Jeremy Kelly of Rotterdam Junction, Kevin Kelly of Pasadena, California, Krystal Kelly of Guilderland and Kristopher Kelly of Sharon Springs. Ken also leaves 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Ken’s family requests memorial contributions in his honor be made to the ASPCA.
