Fultonham- Frances E. Cittadini, 86, of Chapman Road, died peacefully Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Cobleskill Regional Hospital.

Frances was born on November 22, 1930 in Hudson, to Virginia (St. Clair) and Stanley Super.

She worked for many years at Verizon in Hempstead as a Supervisor before retiring.

Frances loved ballroom dancing, fixing Easter baskets for all of the children, playing a witch at Halloween and a clown at the Christmas parties.

She was affectionately known as “General” and “#1” and her heart of gold was shared with her family, extended family and many friends.

Frances was predeceased by her first husband: Mario Nuzzi; second husband: Ronald Cittadini; siblings: Edna Farley, Carl Super, Frankie Super, Thomas Super and Michael Super.

She is survived by her daughter: JoAnn (David) Greene of Fultonham; son: Johnny Hall of Warnerville, grandchildren: Kristine (Nauvella) LaCroix, Crystal (Nick) Rizzo, Brittany Waunsch, Bobby Geekie, Johnny Geekie; siblings: Diane Super, Susan Super, Stanley Super, John Super, Theodore Super, Richard Super; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family and friends.

Frances was a communicant of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, Main Street, Middleburgh, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00PM on Thursday, May 11, 2017.  Family and friends are also invited to a period of visitation to be held from 6-8pm on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Coltrain Funeral Home, LLC, 134 River St., Middleburgh.  Private inurnment will follow cremation,  after services are completed.
